Home-Start and the health visiting team would like to invite you and your baby to attend our FREE BEST START post natal programme. This is a 6 week friendly postnatal group for parents and their new-born babies (up to 6/7 months old). The aim of the group is to provide informative taster sessions and discussions on topics such as play, weaning, first aid, sleep, and teething.
The group will be a great opportunity, particularly for first-time parents, to meet each other, share experiences and get advice, support and reassurance.
The group will be fun and friendly, with lots of chat!
