🌟 Exciting opportunity! We’re looking for a Family Support Coordinator – Mental Health (Maternity Cover) to help shape support for mothers navigating perinatal mental health challenges.
📍 Stroud & Gloucester ⏰ 26 hours/week | 9–12 month contract 💰 £22,818 pa (£32,597 FTE) 🗓 Starting mid-September 2026
You’ll be: • Leading our Mothers in Mind perinatal mental health group programme • Providing 1-to-1 practical & emotional support • Supervising and supporting our amazing volunteers • Sharing mental health expertise across the wider team
We’re looking for someone with: Experience supporting families through mental health challenges, strong group facilitation skills, a trauma-informed & strengths-based approach, and solid safeguarding knowledge.
