Are you a professional wanting to refer a family?
If you are a health visitor, doctor, social worker or any other professional working with families and you feel someone would benefit from our service, you can make a referral on their behalf, with their consent.
If the family are interested in receiving home visiting volunteer support please phone us on 01453 297470 to discuss the family situation.
If the family are interested in attending Group Start: Bump Start antenatal group, Best Start postnatal group, Mothers in Mind drop-in group or Forest Green Family Fun drop-in group please phone us on 01453 821085 for further information.
We have the following resources that can be downloaded and reviewed that explains the service and the process.
We do not operate a waiting list: family support is governed by the availability and suitability of volunteers. We will always give you guidance as to the current situation regarding volunteer availability.

Please note that all referrals must be made with the consent of the family and the family must have at least one child under the age of five years.
