Best-Start: Guiding the Early Days of Parenthood Together 

Welcome to a 6 week journey for you and your baby, aged 6 months or younger.  Best-Start isn’t just a postnatal group; it’s your source of support, reassurance and connection, as you navigate the transition into early parenthood. 

Best Start is the place to be heard, to offload and share experiences with other parents of babies of a similar age.  Delving into topics each week, we aim to provide up-to-date advice and guidance around baby’s development, answer your queries and equip you with information to support your baby’s journey.  Along the way, we’ll chat through sleep, teething, introducing solids foods and First Aid, amongst many topics. 

We focus on guiding you to trust your own intuition and instinct, not dictate how you should parent.  It’s an opportunity to forge friendships that stand the test of time. It’s a chance to build your own support structures, to lean on when the road gets tough.

Because it’s not just about information; it’s about connection.
