because childhood can't wait

Nurturing Resilience, Connection, and Belonging

Welcome to Mothers in Mind (MiMs), where we create a space and reassurance for Mums coping with loneliness and mental health challenges. Our group resonates with your need for support, connection, advice and self-discovery.

In this 10-week Peer Support programme, we support you with the challenges of anxiety, depression, low mood, OCD, or loneliness surrounding pregnancy and beyond and encourage you to share your antenatal, postnatal and Motherhood experiences. We provide an environment where you can find comfort, advice, and mums who share similar stories.

MiMs is a place where you can be yourself, unfiltered and unapologetic. This is where conversations flow, bonds are formed, and a sense of belonging takes root. It’s about kindness, shared stories, and the strength that comes from knowing you’re not alone.

With each session, you will discover your own resilience, cultivate new connections, and nurture the belief that you are more than enough as a Mum.

As your children play and interact with you and our staff, you’ll find a community that uplifts you, a tribe that understands you.

Our 10-week journey is an opportunity to craft, create long lasting friendships, and to find that belief in yourself.

Hearing other mums’ stories, seeing them with their children allows me to breathe.  Knowing that other mums go through tough times, and are still getting through, allows me to relax.
