Bump-Start: Your Pregnancy and becoming a new parent
Join us on a free and welcoming 5-week programme that welcomes both parents in discussions around birth and the start of your journey to parenthood.
Together, we explore your pregnancy, caring for yourself, bonding with your bump and nurturing your newborn. We’ll discuss ways to maintain your physical and mental well-being, labour, birth, and your transition to being a parent, with helpful tips on caring for your new baby.
Our mission is clear: to guide you, and to nurture the incredible mother-to-be within you. We welcome Dads and birthing partners and we hope to answer your own questions while offering tips for your special role.
Our antenatal sessions are your place to ask, share, and grow. We understand your journey, and we’re here to provide the support you need. Bump-Start hopes to help you gain confidence while forming friendships that may last a lifetime.

The group was fantastic, I really enjoyed how it was question lead so we had an opportunity to ask as many questions as we had and that drove the direction of the session, rather than someone talking for hours covering a set script which can be difficult to concentrate on.
